How to apply

Shake bottle well to mix the two phases. Splash a few drops to cotton pads and sweep across face. For eyes, hold the damp cotton pad gently against the lashes for a few seconds to allow makeup to dissolve. Then gently wipe away, starting at the inner corner of the eye moving outwards, without rubbing. Rinse with water or Rosewater Tonic.
