Founder and CEO Lynne Sanders is the brand’s creative tour de force. A Cosmetic Scientist, colour expert and industry visionary, she has been making cosmetics for over 45 years.
Creatively inspired by the needs of her customers and industry professionals, Lynne has formulated almost every item in the Cosmetics à la Carte range. She selects only the gentlest, proven ingredients from nature and science to create award-winning beauty that supports a balanced, calm and clear complexion.
Her insight is in demand, called on by dermatologists seeking solutions for their clients’ concerns, press looking to understand the science behind beauty, and make-up artists wanting the perfect solutions for HD cameras.
She is on a mission to share the confidence make-up and a healthy skin can give, and to ensure that everyone finds the beauty to suit their skin type, shade and personal taste.

Our most senior make-up artist with over 15 years’ experience in the industry, Laura’s career has encompassed photographic, red carpet, celebrity and bridal make-up.
A beauty therapist and certified make-up lecturer who has taught at one of London’s most highly regarded colleges, Laura is frequently consulted for her expertise by national publications including Harper’s Bazaar and Glamour.
She is the master when it comes to highlighting natural beauty and her deep knowledge of the brand paired with her ability to perfectly understand her clients’ needs leaves women feeling empowered, confident and with a fresh and beautiful outlook on their make-up routine.
Laura loves a natural, glowing complexion.
Katie has been a professional make-up artist for over 15 years. Her passion is the personal approach to beauty, perfectly matching a client’s needs, skincare requirements and tastes to the looks and products which really suit them.
Above all Katie loves make-up for its power to build confidence and to help people feel good – for the past few years Katie she has volunteered with the charity Look Good Feel Better, working with women with cancer during their treatment.
Katie loves a soft smokey eye that brings out the client’s natural beauty.
Amy has been a professional make-up artist for 10 years, bringing her love of Art and Design to a wide-ranging career encompassing Fashion, Editorial, Catwalk, Beauty, Television and Film, Photographic, Male Grooming and Bridal Make-Up.
When not on set or backstage at a show, Amy is to be found helping brides prepare for their big day or teaching clients how to master the latest looks.
Amy loves a flawless natural complexion; either paired with a sun kissed dewy look, or a statement eyeliner.
Harriette's artistic flare and love of make-up led her to train at The London School of Beauty and Makeup.
Now with several years’ experience, and a deep knowledge of the CALC brand Harriette has an excellent eye for colour and an instinctive understanding of what her clients are looking to achieve. She excels at creating an entirely bespoke look for the individual.

Originally from sunny Provence, Stephanie has worked in the makeup industry for 20 years. After training at the renowned London College of Fashion she gained experience working at numerous events, magazine shoots and shows. In the last few years she has specialised in getting clients of all ages ready for their most special events ranging from weddings to award ceremonies and celebrity parties, as well as teaching individual and small group makeup lessons. She enjoys helping women enhance their natural beauty and feel more confident with makeup.
A graduate of Los Angeles' Cinema Make-up School, Basia has been a professional makeup artist for 10 years.
Former resident artist at Krakow's National Old Theatre, Basia translates expertise gleaned from the cutting edge of theatre, film, TV and commercial makeup into radiant, natural looks.
Basia's favourite looks have glowing skin at their heart and delicately enhance an individual's beauty.
Born with a love for art and creativity, Iulia knew from a young age that makeup was her calling in life.
Following formal training at Romania’s top makeup school, she has been a professional makeup artist for over 10 years, working in photographic and fashion makeup as well as with individual clients, continually honing her craft and staying up to date with the latest trends.
Iulia’s passion shines through in every look she creates, and her signature style expresses itself in stunning and flawless looks that help people feel beautiful and confident in their own skin.
Isabella is busy working behind the scenes at Cosmetics à la Carte to keep everything running smoothly. After training as an accountant, she followed her mother, Lynne, to work at Cosmetics à la Carte and is passionate about finding new ways to help customers find the beauty that works for them.
