How to apply

With your choice of Gel Eyeliner Pencil, thicken the lashes by weaving the tip between the top lashes from the outer corner inward. To create a flick, blend and extend the line with a Defining Brush, pulling gently outward into a lifted flick. Apply the lightest touch of pencil on the outer third of the lower lashes, just enough to elongate the eye but keeping the overall look open and fresh.

Apply several coats of Intense Volume Mascara, combing through with a clean spare wand if available.
