How it works for you

• One of our team of expert make-up artists will analyse your answers and select an assortment of products and shades they believe will best suit you. If you have ordered from us previously, we will refer to your history to get the most accurate results.
• Your sample pack will arrive with a voucher code so you can redeem the full cost against your first order of a full size item - which can be any item from our range. If you lose your voucher code, don't worry, simply contact Customer Service and we will have it on file.
• When you receive your samples, please do try them on, as the colour in the packaging may vary from the colour on your skin. 
• The best way to try concealer or foundation is as follows
  • Swatch all the samples on your cheek next to each other and select your 2 favourites. The best matches will seem more invisible on your skin than the others.
  • Apply your 2 favourites to either side of your face and compare the results. Try to do this on a bright day, and look at your reflection in natural light, for the most accurate assessment.
• Feel free to contact Customer Service for support at any time. Alternatively, drop in to our Chelsea boutique to get an expert colour match in moments with our makeup artists.

Important Notes

• Please allow at least a week for the parcel to arrive as your samples are made up by hand.

• The samples are selected for your look out of our ready-to-wear colour collection. For any bespoke colours, foundation matching or matching to a discontinued product, you will need to book a free in-store session at the Chelsea boutique.

• Our sample packs are designed to help you trial our products. If we become aware of duplicate requests we may cancel the purchase and refund you.

• The information you share with us will be kept in the strictest confidence.

• Please note shipping costs are not redeemable. We regret that we cannot send sample packs to customers based outside the UK, and will refund any orders placed.
