If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 28 days for a refund or exchange.

SWATCHES & SAMPLES:

If you cannot get to London or one of our stockists, simply choose testers and ask for them with your next order.

We will send you complimentary samples with a brochure when you join our mailing list in the UK and EU only.   Rest of the world: Brochure e-mailed and samples with orders

As a signed up Cosmetics à la Carte customer you are eligible for two (or three if you spend over £25) complimentary samples each time you buy. We identify appropriate samples from the Diagnostic Questionnaire, so it helps if you fill this in. You can choose the other sample types at checkout.

If you need help selecting a colour, but are not eligible for samples, we may nonetheless be able to send a swatch to help you so please enter this request in the request box at checkout, or contact us.

Bespoke Re-orders:

Your unique 'recipes' stay on file for easy re-ordering. Either contact us or choose 'MY MIX' or 'MY COLOUR' in the relevant product category. Don't worry if you don't have the code handy, we will contact you if there is any query.

Delivery:

Credit or debit card orders are normally despatched within 24 hours(excluding weekends) Orders paid for by cheque can take seven days. We will contact you if there is a problem.

POSTAGE CHARGES: 

UK Mainland & Islands:  £4.50 1st class, then 0.40p per item (option for Special Delivery)  Europe:  £7 Air Mail signed for then £1 per item. Rest of the world: £9 Air Mail signed for then £1 per item.
