Pat on Hydra Lift to cool, smooth and brighten tired, puffy eyes before applying makeup. Use twice a day for best results. Also try Rose Water as a cold moisturizing and soothing compress which will help to re-hydrate watery eyes. Once they have settled down, conceal any redness with Secret Light or a pale neutral Matte Eye define and distract attention with Divine Lash mascara.
