Marine Collagen Silanetriol is applied to Silanols (hydroxyl groups attached to a silicon (silica) atom and is designed to stimulate Type III collagen deep down within the skin and make it receptive, as collagen is a large molecule and can't penetrate the skin easily. Scientists have found that Polypeptides technology can stimulate the synthesis of new collagen fibres in the skin.
